Pas encore de résumé en français · résumé original en anglais

This program demonstrates how to defend yourself against an assailant who attacks you with a knife, using a series of simple moves that work in the real world -- not just in the martial arts studio. Instructor Mark Mac Young guides you through the anatomy of a typical knife attack and reveals the best moments for striking back, then teaches you how to go on the offense in a companion program, Winning a Street Knife Fight.
