A one-hour documentary on the daily life of beloved St. John's personality and bottle-collector Wayne Skinner - otherwise known as The Governor of Georgetown. In this sensitive tribute, director Kenneth J Harvey accompanies Skinner over five days as he ventures around the city of St. John's, collecting bottles and visiting with regular customers and friends in their homes and in the streets.
