Who was Charles Ponzi?... a scoundrel, a petty criminal, a misunderstood financial genius, a criminal mastermind, or perhaps simply a salesman extraordinaire? While much opinion and speculation has been bandied about regarding this key point, the complexity of Charles Ponzi has made reaching a satisfying conclusion all but impossible.
