Tubtimtuay (Captain 9 lives) recruits Hao and Mad to elp the police and trains them to fight and kill with martial eapons. Afterward Thapthimthuai has each of them each gang, Hao in Phad's Eagles and Mad in Kriang's King Cobras, with the goal of pitching the two gangs against one another so they kill off each other until their numbers are low enough for the captain to take them down.
