David feels needed and appreciated. Sandra has finally met someone who cares and treats her with respect. At the same time, the couple becomes increasingly isolated from the outside world. Why is it that David doesn't want to be seen with Sandra? And why is it that none of David's friends or family have ever seen Sandra?
